About Rachel

My Story

As a Skin Specialist and Integrative Health Practitioner, military wife, mom of 2, and someone that is always on the go! I now know the  importance of putting you and your health first is the key to being able to keep up with it all…

I also used to struggle with chronic fatigue, joint pain, Gut imbalances,  hormonal imbalances that led to mood, skin (acne), infertility, weight  and health issues. Through finding the root cause of my imbalances I have been able to heal myself and finally feel balanced and alive again. I have seen amazing results with my own skin and my clients skin when taking an integrative approach to skin health. 

As a certified massage therapist, skin specialist, health coach, and Integrative Health Practitioner. I have the education and passion for treating my clients with an integrative approach to skin health and wellness. My Philosophy “ Healthy Skin truly begins from within”  

Each of my private clients gets a personalized program developed just for them and their unique needs. I’ve found that helping people discover their underlying root cause imbalance and developing a customized protocol is the difference maker when it comes to ensuring that my clients get the exact results that they’ve been searching for.

A little more about me

I founded Healthyskinwithin1 after I moved to Italy with my loving Military husband.

I had previously worked in the skincare industry specializing in correcting skin for ten years. After opening my own Skin Studio I was able to be in better control of my own clients’ protocols. My philosophy was working with the skin from the inside out and on top.
I started to treat skin with a 360 approach to skin health. Recommending more in-depth protocols based around food, vitamins, lifestyle, and in-house treatments.

I really loved to have my facial and eye trio service by Rachel. She really making yourself comfortable and she have a lot of knowledge about what she does and suggest what is the best service depending of your needs. I really didn't want to leave her studio I was very happy and relax. I highly recommend her if you need one of those service. Thank you Rachel.
